Small or maybe BIG victories!

Have a meeting with Endemol USA for the reality pitch on April 6th thanks to Fly Trap Entertainment, THANK YOU!  Endemol is a really big fish in the really completely totally gianter bigger sea of Los Angeles - So I'm feeling extra lucky and grateful and thinking about buying a lotto ticket or asking a guy out today :) OK, maybe I won't push my luck! Thanks for listening to my brag today - I must remember, these are just possibilities, not done deals, and I am blessed either way! Happy Wednesday everyone!

Reality shows and Bibles? Who am I????

First draft of a reality (yes, yes, reality) pitch sent! Now......the "Show Bible" - really? NEVER thought I'd write anything in the category of a bible~AND had to download the "Parolee Handbook" for research. Would love to have someone find it on my computer's desktop  . . .

A little Hollywood birdie has asked me to turn Maintenance into a Pilot....and it happens to be a very viable birdie. Now, the REAL work begins......

Maintenance is a Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

Mmmmmmm, chicken dinner. I'm hungry and should not be writing this while I am . . . Ok, I'm back. Seriously ~ I had to go make me some chicken dinner (with rice pilaf, bells & onions to be specific).


SO, me and the Girls (and a few boys here and there) WON our very first festival entry for Maintenance, and my very first festival entry ever as a Filmmaker :)  I woke up to this email today:

      

"Congratulations on your film’s success! 'Maintenance' won the Best Comedy Short award at the New York International Film Festival."

I have said it before, so forgive me, but....YaHOOOOoooooooo~who. We are all very happy AND on top of that, The KarTrashians won TWO awards at the IFQ sister festival, Best WebSeries and Audience Choice!

Ok, we'll stop gloating now ~ but just one more....yay!

GROOVY UPDATE!

MAINTENANCE just got into the New York International Film Festival in November ~ YAHOOOOOOOOO~HOOOOOOOOOO!

No doubt due to the Fantastic Lead Actors, Angela Landis & Michael Klinger - Congrats guys!!


And SUPER BONUS - so did Keeping Up with the Kartrashians! We'll be traveling and "keeping up" together :D

Thanks for all the love and support - We had a GREAT screening in WeHo last night! Now we only have to wait till FEB for SXSW acceptance ~
